This Human Resource Guide, published by the Information and Communications Technology Council includes discussion of a broad range of HR issues for businesses to consider. It should be noted, however, that no such guide should be relied upon exclusively. Many employment laws vary from province to province. Furthermore, federal and provincial employment laws change frequently, so one should always consult the latest versions of both sets of legislation.
